    We arrived to a very dirty condo (soiled countertops, dirty toilets, bathtub,and sink, hair on the furniture, sand and dirt all over the floor) and couldn't reach the desk staff over the phone for over 24 hours. I cleaned up the apartment myself since we happened to pack Lysol wipes :) Drove to the front desk location and the person didn't offer to have anyone clean the room or offer a refund. On the up side it was fun to rent a fully functional apartment walking distance to the beach. Just wish that it wasn't so grimy - literally everywhere in the condo. When we checked-out we complained again and the person at the desk this time talked to the manager and refunded the cleaning charge so that was positive too.

    Awesome vacation home!!! Comes with all the amenities that you didn't even know you would have wanted. Ready to move in and start with the island fun. Plenty of bathrooms and showers; space for entertaining or just relaxing. I can believe they thought of everything. By far the most relaxing and accommodating experience of all vacation stays. Our family reunion went off extravagantly. We will definitely be back!

    Awesome experience! We were supposed to do the sunset ride but got to the island a bit late and they were kind enough to schedule us for the next morning. Staff are wonderful and really know their horses. They gave me one (I forgot it's name!) and they told me to watch out for him because he loved to be a pack leader. Sure enough, my horse always tried going to the front of the pack, but he was easy enough to control with a firm pull of the reins. After the horse ride, we enjoyed the ATV track they have. It was lots of fun riding in the dunes!

    Franke Realtors was great. Definitely 5 stars!! Their rental property at the Seville was perfect. The Express check in was so convenient and the staff I spoke with treated me like a valued customer. I'm already planning for my next vacation at the Seville!
