  We arrived to a very dirty condo (soiled countertops, dirty toilets, bathtub,and sink, hair on the furniture, sand and dirt all over the floor) and couldn't reach the desk staff over the phone for over 24 hours. I cleaned up the apartment myself since we happened to pack Lysol wipes :) Drove to the front desk location and the person didn't offer to have anyone clean the room or offer a refund. On the up side it was fun to rent a fully functional apartment walking distance to the beach. Just wish that it wasn't so grimy - literally everywhere in the condo. When we checked-out we complained again and the person at the desk this time talked to the manager and refunded the cleaning charge so that was positive too.
